The Ultimate 6150 is a modern PDA form factor with a 2.8-inch VGA touchscreen, while the Ultimate 8150 features both a VGA touchscreen and dial keypad with T9 for simple and convenient text entry. The Ultimate 8502 has a 2.6-inch touchscreen and full QWERTY keypad, and the Ultimate 9502 offers a 2.8-inch sliding VGA touchscreen with a full QWERTY keypad.

Availability

The Ultimate 6150 and 8150 will be available directly from i-mate, through national distributors and resellers nationwide in early November for an unsubsidized retail price of approximately $695 and $725 respectively. The Ultimate 8502 and 9502 will be coming to market later in the fourth quarter of 2007, and will also be available directly from i-mate and through national distributors and resellers nationwide.

Following the statement by the United Arab Emirates Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) informing all UAE SIM-card  holders that as of December 15, all mobile numbers dialed must contain the prefix 050.

 The innovative application will allow users to place “+97150″ in front of those SIM and device contacts that do not start with ‘0′ or ‘+’ by displaying them in a list of SIM and device contacts, and then select the contacts that need to be updated by clicking Yes or No for each one or by simply pressing ‘Yes’ in the ‘Show SIM Contacts’ or ‘Show

Device Contacts’ menu.

The application is free of charge for all i-mate™ customers and available for download from www.clubimate.com/t-ftoolsdwnld.aspx . Once installed, the application will allow users to update the contacts found on any SIM cards, even those usually used with non i-mate™ devices.
