Audiovox Corporation (NASDAQ:VOXX) announced today that it has received the final escrow payment and the remaining balance of outstanding net working capital adjustments associated with the sale of its cellular subsidiary's business, Audiovox Communications Corp. (ACC) to UTStarcom, Inc. (NASDAQ:UTSI).
