Motorola Invests In Mobile Complete

Motorola, Inc. (NYSE:MOT) through Motorola Ventures, its strategic venture capital arm, today announced that it has made an equity investment in Mobile Complete. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Motorola Ventures led the investment in Mobile Complete as part of a Series B Financing, along with participation from a previous investor, Innovacom VC. Founded in 2003, Mobile Complete develops, test and deploys mobile applications and services. Royal Philips Electronics has signed a letter of intent to transfer its remaining Mobile Phone activities to China Electronics Corporation (CEC) .
